Zac Rood

Landscape Architect

Zac has focused his professional and academic career on exploring the
intersection of landscape architecture and landscape ecology. As a team leader for projects ranging across urban design, campus planning, public landscapes, and civic infrastructure, Zac champions the restorative power of nature.

Zac’s work, as a design leader, seeks out novel and mutualistic opportunities
for the natural world to regenerate in highly impacted environments. With this goal, Zac has brought his depth of experience in plant sciences, agriculture, and construction combined with a keen aesthetic sense to bear on a range of highly technical and complex projects.
